MISSION STATEMENT

Car Charging, Inc. seeks to become a leading provider of electric car charging stations in high user locations throughout North America by being a “first in” strategic partner with high population density municipalities, electrical power generating companies, companies and employers who are expected to have high numbers of electric vehicles at their locations in the foreseeable future.  Our goal is be “the first choice” as provider of “electric recharging” stations in the country.  

The charging stations are to be provided and installed by Car Charging, Inc. at no cost to the host/landowner “partner”. The benefit for the landowner, business owner or municipality is the ability to provide their customers or constituents with convenient car charging locations AND provide a new source of added revenue and profit without any investment on their part through revenue sharing.

In order to persuade consumers to purchase all electric cars, rather than gas-electric hybrids such as the Prius which still create tailpipe emissions and cost far more to operate, it is imperative that the nation builds a network of conveniently located charging stations  that provides effective, safe and convenient charging stations away from the home.  

Moreover, owners of electric cars will invariably gravitate towards locations which have Charging Stations installed to allow the cars to recharge while not in use.  Consequently, garages, shopping centers and/or commercial and retail locations with these Charging Stations will not only get added foot traffic and free exposure via their posted locations on the internet, but may also be subject to invaluable publicity for taking part in this new market for domestically produced energy which is being fully supported by the U.S. Government, the individual states and the local counties and municipalities.

 
Therefore, in order to install our network of conveniently located charging stations Car Charging, Inc., needs commercially viable locations.  We believe that your property would be ideally suited for this purpose and believe that the execution of a Provider Agreement between our respective Companies will lead to a mutually beneficial long term financial arrangement with a considerable upside potential.

PROVIDER AGREEMENTS

Under the Terms of Car Charging, Inc.’s, general Provider Agreements, the Company:

•       will provide, install, maintain, service and operate the electric car charging facilities (the “Equipment”) within the legal property boundary of your property at it’s sole cost and expense.

•       will reimburse you for the payment of all electric charges used in the operation of the Equipment on your property.

•       will pay YOU a monthly fee of five (5%) percent of the gross revenue received from the “per session” fees charged to end users utilizing the equipment to charge their electric vehicles. Payment shall be determined based on gross revenues received from the Equipment’s use during the previous month.

•       will obtain any and all necessary licenses and/or permits for the installation and operation of the Equipment at its sole cost and expense.
